This is a sample "Thank You" page. Delete the descriptive words, rewrite the copy to suit your needs, and use the fields in your form to fill in the bracketed areas... Be sure to connect in up to the form so the customer will get it when they finish filling in the form and submitting it! The "connection" area is on the third tab (Confirmation) of the "Options" area when you choose "form properties" to edit your forms...
